Pinterest Publisher Demo
Pinterest Publisher is operated by Anastasia Reut Photography for publishing selected website content to Pinterest boards through the official Pinterest API.
Purpose
The app lets an authorized administrator connect a Pinterest account with OAuth, read available boards, create a board when needed, and publish an image Pin that the administrator manually reviews and submits.
Information processed
The app processes Pinterest OAuth access and refresh tokens, board identifiers, Pin titles, Pin descriptions, image URLs, and destination links needed to complete the requested publishing action. It does not ask for or store Pinterest passwords, session cookies, or Google login credentials.
OAuth scopes
The app requests the minimum Pinterest scopes needed for the publishing workflow: boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, and pins:write.
How information is used
Pinterest account access is used only to read boards, create boards, and publish Pins that an administrator explicitly submits through the dashboard. The app does not perform background posting or automatic engagement actions.
Storage and retention
OAuth tokens are encrypted before being stored on the server. Board and Pin API data is requested from Pinterest when needed and is not stored as a separate database of Pinterest account data. Tokens are retained only while the integration remains connected.
Data sharing
The app does not sell personal data and does not share Pinterest API data with third parties. Pinterest API requests are sent to Pinterest only to complete the selected publishing action.
Access removal
Access can be revoked from Pinterest account settings at any time. An administrator can also use the dashboard disconnect action to remove the stored OAuth token from this server.
